CCA's project with Turner Construction, the Alexandria Health Department Building, received an Award of Merit for 'Best Public Interior Space' from the National Association of Office Properties. This project was also considered for the WBC Award by the Washington Building Congress.

CCA's Project Managers, Sean Flannery and Daniel Marshall, worked together to complete a 35,000 square feet project which involved significant substrate repair. "This was a demanding project because of inherent concrete problems discovered after take up of existing finishes and different substrate elevations that had to be addressed," said Sean Flannery.
